Maximum Amount of Visitors Per Family Policy

In an effort to ensure that we are able to stay within the 20 minute visit time, while still providing your
family with quality time during your visit with Santa, we limit the amount of family members per visit
to a maximum of 8 family members. We recommend booking additional time slots (back-to-back)
if your family exceeds 8. Thank you for your understanding.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We ask that if you request a cancellation, you cancel online at least 48 hours in advance, if you do cancel your visit with us within 48 hours we will issue you a full refund. If you are unable to cancel within the 48 hour window a refund will unfortunately not be offered. 

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours from the day and time of your scheduled visit with us. In the event that you have to cancel your visit please be reminded that 50% ($125) of the Santas in the Sand / Santas in the Wilderness charge is a retainer and is non-refundable. Cancellations made in 48 hour or more will receive a 50% refund minus the Square charge.

(Cancellations made where Square was your preferred method of payment will incur a $7.55 refund charge. You will see your refund as a $117.45 credit. Thank you for your understanding.)

 

"Rain Check" Policy

In the event of unsuitable weather we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your visit to any available date and time listed on our our website. If no date or time is available we will offer a full refund.

Privacy Policy

Please select the “Privacy option” during the online registration process if you would prefer that pictures from your visit with Santa NOT be used for advertising on our website and social media.

Photography Policy

In an effort to ensure that your visit with Santa stays uninterrupted and distraction free we ask that you refrain from taking any pictures during your visit. This includes and is not limited to pictures taken with any camera or video including phone camera. We assure you, we will most definitely be providing you with a very comprehensive documentation of your visit.
