We ask that if you request a cancellation that you cancel online at least 48 hours in advance, if you do cancel your visit with us within 48 hours we will issue  you a full refund. If you are unable to cancel within the 48 hour window a refund will unfortunately not be offered but we will offer to reschedule your visit for another available date and time listed on our website.

In the event of unsuitable weather we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling your visit to any available date and time listed on our our website. If no date or time is available we will offer a full refund.

Please select the “Privacy option” during the online registration process if you would prefer that pictures from your visit with Santa NOT be used for advertising on our website and social media.

In an effort to ensure that your visit with Santa stays uninterrupted and distraction free we ask that you refrain from taking any pictures during your visit. This includes and is not limited to pictures taken with any camera or video including phone camera. We assure you, we will most definitely be providing you with a very comprehensive documentation of your visit.
